Whether you’re looking for a fitness class, a fun run or just to play a game of basketball or baseball every once in a while, you can find all that and more at AU.
Climbing and Bouldering
Climbing and bouldering are great ways to get fit and have fun. In fact, you’ll probably be so focused on getting up the wall or simply reaching your next hold that you won’t even realize what an intense workout you’re getting until much later.
American Red Cross Certifications
Would you like to be able to give aid in an emergency situation? Or, would you like to gain the skills to be a lifeguard at an aquatic facility? We offer training in both, as well as recertification.
