Pay My Tuition

Credit/debit cards and electronic checks (e-check/ACH) are accepted. Card cards accepted include Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

All credit/debit card transactions will charge a 2.85% service fee based on the transaction amount. Electronic checks will be assessed a $1.00 fee. These service fee covers the cost of processing the payment transaction and the security compliance and certifications requirements that ensure the protection of sensitive and personal consumer data.

If someone is helping you pay your bill, you can provide them with access to your billing account through your Colleague Self-Service account. Click on “Student Finances” and select “Pay Your Tuition,” then go to "My Profile Setup" and click on "Authorized Users." There you can add an authorized user to have access.

If your student uses the authorized user tab, all authorized users will receive two emails with the subject line “Your access information” that will provide a username and password.

This access is independent of your student’s account. The authorized user will NOT have access to financial aid, grades, or other online student information, but:

• Authorized users will be able to enter their own email address and password.
• Authorized users should list this site under their favorites for easy access to their student’s account.
• The bank account information and payment methods are hidden from any other users, including your student.
• The authorized user will be able to see the current balance on the student’s account, make payments, save payment methods, and enroll in the monthly payment plan.
• The authorized user enrolled in the payment plan will receive related emails regarding the payment reminders and revisions.

To make a payment by check, the check should be made to Ashland University, include Student AU ID in memo section.

Payment plans are set up through ACI Payments, Inc. Payment plans are created for each semester. Each payment plan established incurs a $35 service fee at creation. Payment plans may be set up to 4 pays per semester based on the date of enrollment interest free.

With Flywire, you can make payments from banks world-wide with favorable exchange rates, typically your home currency and track your payment status until it gets to Ashland University. Flywire also offers international credit cards, e-wallets and other online methods. They provide around the clock multilingual customer support via email, Live Chat, and phone calls to assist you with any payment related questions.

Ashland University has partnered with TouchNet to offer a variety of payment plans to assist with managing the cost of tuition and fees. Payment plans are an interest-free way to finance your college costs each term.

Plans are subject to application deadlines based on your term of enrollment. A separate payment plan application is required for each term of enrollment and costs $35. Please view the enrollment dates below for more information
