Ashland University's Administrative Specialist Licensure in Curriculum, Instruction and Professional Development (CIPD) program builds on coursework completed through typical M.Ed. Educational Administration programs . As such, a number of prerequisites are required for this program, including two years of satisfactory teaching experience.
