Five AU programs earn “Best Online Programs” recognition from U.S. News
ASHLAND, Ohio – Five of Ashland University’s programs received “Best Online Programs” distinction from the highly-respected U.S. News & World Report’s 2024 rankings, which were announced on Wednesday.
U.S. News, in its 12th year collecting and analyzing data from distance education master’s and bachelor’s degree completion programs, assessed 1,752 online degree programs. The rankings measure overall academic quality across disciplines, in addition to indicators specific to the “Best Online Programs,” such as services offered remotely, available technologies and course delivery best practices.
Ashland excelled in comparison to its peers across Ohio and was recognized in the following categories:
- Best Online Bachelor’s Programs – No. 7 in Ohio, 128th nationally of 348
- Best Online Bachelor’s in Business Programs – No. 7 in Ohio, 135th nationally of 186
- Best Online MBA Programs – No. 9 in Ohio, 159th nationally out 356
- Best Online MBA Programs for Veterans – No. 5 in Ohio, one of 97 nationally ranked
- Best Online Master’s in Education Programs – No. 8 in Ohio, 108th nationally of 316
