AU’s VP for enrollment management earns prestigious honor
ASHLAND, Ohio – Keith Ramsdell, vice president for enrollment management and marketing at Ashland University, received the Distinguished Service Award from NAGAP, the Association for Graduate Enrollment Management. The honor is NAGAP’s most prestigious award and is presented to an individual who has contributed progressive leadership and exceptional service to the association and to the graduate enrollment management profession.
“I’m honored and grateful to my graduate enrollment management peers for this recognition. I’m also thankful to my AU colleagues and team members for their support. The work we do can be challenging, but it’s important and it’s rewarding. We have to keep our focus on the students we serve,” Ramsdell said.
Ramsdell has been at Ashland for two years, providing strategic direction and leading the enrollment efforts for residential, graduate and online students alike. He has held previous enrollment positions at Bowling Green State University, Lourdes University, the University of Toledo and Miami (Ohio) University.
A national leader in the graduate enrollment management field, Ramsdell has served as president and vice president of NAGAP and currently serves on its board as chair of external relations and partnerships. He has also chaired and served on multiple committees for the organization over the past 16 years.
NAGAP is the only professional organization devoted exclusively to the concerns of individuals working in the graduate enrollment management environment. Its mission is to engage and advance graduate enrollment management professionals by promoting excellence and collaboration through education, research and professional development.
