Employment Verification

Employment and salary verifications can be requested by phone or email from Human Resources and are typically processed within 48 hours. For employment verifications, the university can provide dates of employment and job title. AU maintains records for the past seven years for employees who are no longer actively employed.

Requests for verification of salary or year-to-date wages (for mortgage applications, wage garnishments, lease or credit applications, etc.) must be submitted in writing, accompanied by a signed authorization from the employee.

Employee Benefits

You are eligible to enroll in the benefits program if you are a full-time employee working 30 or more hours per week. Benefits for newly hired employees take effect on the date of hire.
