Ashland Healthy Mind App
Ashland University works with the Mental Health and Recovery Board of Ashland County to improve the lives of both Ashland University students and the community partners. Citizens of Ashland County can use the Ashland Healthy Mind App for easy access to mental health resources.
These resources include:
- Information on counseling services
- Access to groups and clubs where you can gain the support of like-minded individuals
- Simple methods of relieving stress.
- Inspirational quotes for the encouragement you need to stay positive.
The Ashland Healthy Mind app is free and easy to use. We encourage you to use it to help you live a healthier and happier life.
