Direct Deposit Enrollment for Refunds and Reimbursements
Refunds and reimbursements are processed through direct deposit into a checking or savings account. To receive a refund, please ensure you have set up direct deposit using one of the following methods:
- Self-service portal: Log into Self-Service and add your banking information. (View instructions here.)
- Student Refund Direct Deposit Form: Complete the Student Refund Direct Deposit Form and return it to our office via email at busoff@ashland.edu or fax at 419-289-5014.
After setting up direct deposit, you can request your refund by completing the online Refund Request Form.
