O'Connor to deliver Ashbrook Constitution Day address
ASHLAND, Ohio – Ohio Supreme Court Chief Justice Maureen O’Connor will speak at the Ashbrook Center’s Constitution Day Lecture on Friday, Sept. 17 at noon at the John C.
